Recognizing the importance of workers’ health, Boutique International has undertaken several preventive health checkups, including:

• Free Health Checkups: Regular medical examinations conducted within the factory premises by a team of doctors, covering blood sugar levels, hypertension, eye health, and obesity screening.
• Free Breast Cancer Screening: All female workers above 40 years of age were encouraged to undergo mammography tests. Although it was initially challenging to convince them, early detection helped one worker receive timely treatment for breast cancer.
